Online payments

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for making payments on Rotary’s website for such services as member dues, contributions, donations, and event registrations.

When you enter your credit card information, you give Rotary E-Club of Moldova International permission to process the transaction. Credit cards are charged in real-time. By completing your payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Rotary E-Club of Moldova International may change, add, modify, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use of the site. Using this site indicates your agreement to changes in the Terms and Conditions.

Event registration cancellation and refund policy

All registrations are subject to the event’s cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to the event’s website or registration materials to review the policy.

Contributions&Donations

Your contribution to the Rotary E-Club of Moldova International or one of its associate foundations is an irrevocable gift that will be used as you indicate. Rotary E-Club of Moldova International, will process your contribution. Rotary E-Club of Moldova International does not offer any goods or services in return for contributions. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you donate funds through the Rotary E-Club of Moldova International’s website.

We will only share your personal information with the Rotary E-Club of Moldova International members. We will never share with a third party unless necessary to process your donation or if you have explicitly requested it in writing.

Contribution refund policy

If you or Rotary E-Club of Moldova International makes an error in your contribution, we will refund the transaction within 15 days of receipt of notice of the error. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your contribution by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card.

Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to the Rotary E-Club of Moldova International website located at www.rotary-eclub.org, as well as Rotary E-Club of Moldova International mobile sites, platforms, applications (including mobile applications), downloads, Site Content, and interactive features (collectively “the Site”). Use and Access

REMI permits Users to download or print a single copy of certain Site Content owned by REMI for non-commercial, educational use only, provided you a) do not remove any trademark, copyright, or other notice contained in the Site Content, b) use the Site Content as is without any alteration or modification, and c) maintain moral and ethical standards in using the Site Content.

International Users

This Site is controlled, operated, and administered by REMI within the Republic of Moldova. You may not use this Site or export the Site Content in violation of MD export laws and regulations. If you access this Site from a location outside the Republic of Moldova, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, and may only use the Site according to the minimum age requirements set forth by your applicable law. These Terms of Use contain the complete agreement between you and REMI with respect to your use of this Site, the features available on third party websites and REMI’s social media channels, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the Site, unless otherwise stated in any other terms or agreements incorporated herein. You will not transfer, sublicense, or assign, any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to anyone else without our consent. Any failure or delay of REMI to enforce or exercise any term or its rights under these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights or provisions or a breach of these Terms of Use by REMI.
